Charlie manages Gault-Marsh Development, formed in 1993 to develop business parks and facilities in the Louisville Metro area, including Watterson Business Park (50 acres), Eastpoint Business Center (600 acres), and Southpoint Business Center (40 acres). Additionally Charlie has handled numerous major industrial build-to-suit transactions.
Charlie previously held various management assignments at United States Steel in operations, project management and sales in Birmingham, AL, Pittsburgh, PA, and Louisville, KY.
He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and currently a member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors. He currently serves on the boards of 21st Century Parks, the Olmsted Conservancy, Trees Louisville, and was formerly the board chair of the Louisville Nature Center.
Charlie was the 202 recipient of the March of Dimes Commercial REACH Award.
